A fascination with colour, texture and words has sparked a lifelong passion for great art and artists, providing the inspiration to draw and paint the world around me. Artists as diverse as Schiele and Turner have inspired me to experiment with both the techniques of art, old and new, and the written word. I have attempted to explore work that reflects our environment and cultural heritage.
